Faces contact and support is split into a number of areas. We will try to answer any serious messages as soon as we can. Our dedicated team of trained Monkeys will take a view on how suitable your message is for a reply. Initially we print them all off and sprinkle them on the floor. The ones that stick to their feet are generally the ones that get answered; the ones that get shredded or chewed up get recycled and made into paper mache staff.

After theserious messages are peeled off the monkey feet, a big ginger cat called Chester will sit on a pile of them until they are warm. He marks the most urgent ones with a paw print for one of his human staff to deal with, the rest get answered in a timely manner according to how lazy he is feeling.
